All 2026 training will be available via  in person workshops, live streamed sessions, and digital classroom content in order to ensure the training can begin and complete within the dates listed below.

Alignment Based Yoga Teacher Training

This training doesn’t just certify you; it transforms you.

You’ll graduate with the skill, wisdom, and confidence to teach in any setting or simply to embody your own practice more deeply and sustainably.

More than a Certification

This training doesn’t simply prepare you to meet requirements, it shapes how you move, teach, and understand yoga. You’ll graduate with the skill, clarity, and confidence to teach alignment-based yoga and alignment-based flow (vinyasa) classes across a range of settings, or to embody your own practice with greater depth, intelligence, and sustainability.

Alignment-Based Foundation + Intelligent Flow

At the heart of this program is Alignment-Based Yoga, paired with intentional training in vinyasa and flow sequencing, one of the most sought-after teaching skills in today’s yoga landscape.

You’ll learn not only how to safely teach individual postures, but how to:

  • Build intelligent, purposeful sequences

  • Adapt poses and transitions for diverse bodies and abilities

  • Prevent injury while supporting longevity in practice

  • Guide students through flow with clarity, steadiness, and confidence

This approach ensures your teaching is both creative and responsible, rooted in integrity rather than trend.

Integrated Personal & Teaching Growth

This program is both a professional pathway and a personal journey. It’s designed for those who plan to teach and those who are primarily drawn to deepen their own embodied understanding of yoga.

Every participant develops the ability to confidently teach what they are learning, while honoring that personal growth, integration, and self-study are equally valued outcomes of the training.

A Flexible, Approachable Structure

The hybrid format is intentionally designed to support real lives while maintaining accountability and depth:

  • Pre-recorded modules you can move through at your own pace

  • Weekly assignments to support steady progress and integration

  • Live group sessions focused on practice teaching, flow sequencing, and real-time feedback

  • Optional one-on-one mentoring with lead instructors

This balance of flexibility and structure allows you to stay engaged, supported, and connected throughout the training.

Depth of Training

This program goes far beyond the basics, offering practical, applicable tools you can carry directly into teaching and life:

  • Applied anatomy, physiology, and functional movement

  • Alignment-based sequencing and vinyasa flow construction

  • Modifications, variations, and prenatal considerations

  • Teaching in-person, livestream, and private sessions

  • In-depth yoga philosophy, ethics, and lineage

  • The business of yoga, from teaching pathways to building your own offerings

Real Community, Lasting Connection

Rather than moving through the training alone, you’ll be immersed in a cohort-based learning community. Through practice teaching, discussion, reflection, and shared inquiry, you’ll build relationships that often extend well beyond graduation.

High Standards & Recognition

Upon successful completion, graduates meet all requirements to register as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance.
