What I created as a program to retrain the brain and nervous system in 2018 has evolved into a deep dive into the subtle realms of where deep peace resides, the space of the HEART.

​

I have evolved in my lived experience since 2018 when 6 Weeks to Calm was born and so, naturally, this program has evolved as well.

​

After living a life of an over-worked nervous system, constant depletion, chronic anxiety, mysterious chronic illnesses and over 40 years of  living by the patterns and habits of my brain and society, I made some dramatic shifts that changed the trajectory of my life. 

​

6 Weeks to Calm is a guided experience to touch into the spaces within you where deep calm already resides and will teach you how to keep touching in, so much so that you can reside in this space more often than not. 

​

We are all ready for an upgrade in our life and purpose. We are more ready than ever to touch into the softer spaces within us to access a solidity and sense of being that goes far beyond what we have been able to do in the past. It is the time of the HEART.

We start October 3rd. If it is a YES in your heart then I invite you to trust that all of the resources required to participate are here to meet you.

In this program you will receive access to:

  • 6 modules of information, practices, interviews, resources, meditations, and gentle/supportive movement practices all curated to assist in learning your way back to a calm and healthy nervous system

  • 6 program group coaching calls where I will guide and assist you in this journey (All calls will be virtual and recordings will be available)

  • A 7th bonus call to help integrate the experience and bring it all together

  • Small intimate group attention and specialized assistance to each individual

  • How to honor transitions in small and big ways to help reduce overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation

  • EFT Tapping Tapping to assist in transitions and the processing of strong emotional states

THE WINDOW OF TOLERANCE
Path to the Heart 

  • Learning what our individual Window of Tolerance is and how knowing this helps us rewire our old patterns of chaos and stress 

  • Recognizing how our Window of Tolerance is affected by different emotions, traumas, and life stressors and how we can learn to explore these experiences with curiosity, compassion, and empowerment

PLAYFULNESS, JOY AND LAUGHTER
Experiencing the Joy of Living from the HEART

  • Recognizing heavy and light emotional states and allowing lightness and playfulness to join in our rewiring process 

  • Finding the fun in learning to regulate the nervous system

THE DAILY D.O.S.E PRACTICE
Feeling into the Heartspace

  • We will play with how to actively promote the release of our body’s natural feel good chemicals: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins as a way to assist our own healing process and increasing calm in our lives

BEING AT EASE WITH WHAT IS
The Most Direct Path to Heart Connection

  • Solidifying our learning into what it is like to be at ease with what is as the quickest way to move through challenging times, access the calm of the heartspace and regulate our nervous system

PRAISE FOR 6 WEEKS TO CALM

I signed up for Rachel's Calm class because after years of traditional talk therapy I knew it was time to try something different. Calm taught me how to listen to my body and to connect with my breath - and through this connection I am learning how to calm my anxious and fearful thoughts. Learning to experience life through my body and heart and not my head has enriched my relationship with myself, with nature, with friendships and with life in general! I feel more compassion and love and joy. Using the tools Rachel has taught me has allowed me to walk calmly into new situations with - dare I say it - excitement and anticipation. In the past this would have caused me a lot of anxiety. For example, I used to suffer from social anxiety but now I am able to connect with the part of myself that loves meeting new people and I feel less like an outsider. And if things do feel awkward, I'm ok just sitting with those feelings too. This is HUGE for me! Thank you Rachel!
