Diving Deeper

Embodying Calm is a 6 Month assisted deep dive into discovering more about the hardware of your brain/body, the software that is supporting you, and what is possible when we consciously begin to choose our state of being and take an active role in the creation of our lives. We move from victim to victor and we show up in the world in ease and grace no matter what life presents us.

 

Your life will change when you align with your power to choose and embody the knowing that through becoming the Captain of Your Own Ship, your brain, outlook, relationships, finances, energy, and health will follow.

 

When we understand that we are not “overly emotional”, “too stressed out”, “overreacting”, “too much”, “defined by a diagnoses”, or “broken”, we can access compassion and space to learn the truth of what is going on inside us at a deeper, more profound level and begin to see lasting results that restore hope, joy, and connection in our lives.

PROGRAM LOGISTICS

In order to get the most out of our time together we will have one group interaction per week during each of the 6 months. You are strongly encouraged to be present for the group calls, however they will be recorded and stored in our group forum for viewing at a later date as needed/desired. 

OUR MONTHLY SCHEDULE:

  • Week One/Zoom Call One: Introduction to Content 

  • Week Two/Zoom Call Two: Q&A to follow up and assist with new content 

  • Week Three/Online Support: Group Forum check in and support 

  • Week Four/Last Zoom Call: Group call to assist with content integration and preparation for next module 

​

WEEKLY CALL SCHEDULE: 

Thursdays 12pm PST November 14, 2024 - May 2025  (some weeks we will not meet, due to holidays etc.)

More important than the science is Rachel’s heart- centered approach to teaching. She is a wonderful mentor. I felt safe and seen in each class.
