About this Program:
InBodyWise™ Yoga was created from Rachel Lundberg's own experience recovering from chronic illness due to a dysregulated nervous system, and not knowing how to be in her body or her heart. After many years of deep seeking and profound healing, she now teaches InBodyWise™ Yoga via the YogaOak University online training platform.
The InBody Wise™ program includes prerecorded lessons and 9 live group coaching calls via zoom
InBodyWise™ Yoga is a holistic approach to nervous system regulation and brain, body, heart coherence. When we understand the way that the brain works, we can begin to understand the body, and ultimately the connection to our heart space.
Through this 9 week journey, you will learn how each of these parts of you make up the "all of you" and what your role is in how your journey unfolds as you move forward.
This is a journey that combines science, supported self exploration, concrete guidance from Rachel via live coaching calls, and ultimately a deep heart connection leading you to an InBodied life.
This is not the kind of yoga you do on the mat - this is the exploration of coming home to YOU, your brain, your body, your heart.
