• The program is divided into six 5-week blocks that you can navigate at your own pace. 

  • Blocks 1 & 2: Available March 1, 2025

  • Blocks 3 & 4: Available May 10, 2025

  • Blocks 5 & 6: Available July 19, 2025

• Mandatory Livestream Group Sessions, 6-8pm PT:
