It is an honor to meet you

My name is Rachel Lundberg 

I am an educator, mentor, and guide who helps people understand their brain, listen to their body, and trust their heart.

​

With more than 30 years of movement experience and nearly 20 years of teaching yoga, I have spent my career exploring what helps people heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. My journey began in dance, specializing in modern and classical ballet, and later led me to the study of yoga, anatomy, alignment, nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, and embodied living. From my first experience in the Iyengar tradition, I developed a deep appreciation for the intelligence of the body and the transformative power of awareness.

 

I am the founder of YogaOAK University, owner of  Thrive Yoga & Wellness, creator of the Alignment Based Yoga Specialist™ (ABYS) Certification, and developer of The InBodyWise Method™, 6 Weeks to Calm™, and other programs designed to help people navigate stress, life transitions, overwhelm, and personal growth with greater awareness, resilience, and self-trust.

My work integrates nervous system education, neuroplasticity, embodiment practices, yoga, and lived experience to help people create lasting change from the inside out. I believe that when we understand our brain, listen to our body, and trust our heart, we begin to participate in life with greater freedom, intention, and ease.
