Liisa loves to combine thoughtful sequencing, a bit of anatomy and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She hopes that you will step off your mat feeling encouraged, refreshed and balanced.
Victoria has a deep passion for helping individuals reclaim their birthright to movement and a pain free body through yoga and functional movement training.
Julie's goal is to make the healing powers of yoga accessible to people of all levels and abilities. If a class moves too quickly, students may get frustrated and quit without ever receiving the healing benefits of practice.
