Rachel has been teaching yoga to all ages and levels since 2006 and is passionate about guiding her students toward increased body awareness, embodiment, strength, and flexibility through the practice of yoga and movement.
Liisa loves to combine thoughtful sequencing, a bit of anatomy and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She hopes that you will step off your mat feeling encouraged, refreshed and balanced.
Mary's purpose as a teacher is to inspire her students through yoga, and to empower them to unlock their strength and potential both on and off the mat.
Shana has worked with many hundreds of people in the Portland area as a prenatal and postpartum yoga and movement teacher, doula and childbirth educator.
