What is InBodyWise™?
There comes a point in many of our lives when we begin to wonder how we got here, where we're going, and why. Sometimes those questions arise during a major life transition. Sometimes they follow illness, loss, burnout, or unexpected change. And sometimes they simply emerge after years of living—when we pause long enough to realize we've been moving through life without ever being taught how to truly understand ourselves.
We ask ourselves: How did I end up here?
Most of us spend our lives doing what we know to do. We solve problems, care for others, work hard, adapt, persevere, and keep moving forward. Along the way, we gather experiences that shape how we think, how we respond, what we believe, and how we move through the world. Yet very few of us are ever taught how to understand the relationship between our brain, our body, and our heart—or how each of them influences the way we experience our lives. Instead, we often search outside ourselves for answers, trying to think our way through challenges or push ourselves toward the life we want.
InBodyWise is an invitation to begin with what is here, right now.
It is a way of cultivating awareness of the ongoing relationship between your brain, your body, and your heart so that you can move from automatic patterns toward conscious participation in your own life. This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about learning to understand yourself more deeply. To recognize the patterns that have shaped you.
To discover that your brain, your body, and your heart each carry valuable information—and that learning to understand their language can transform the way you experience yourself, your relationships, and your life.
This is an invitation to become InBodyWise.

About Rachel
I am a teacher, mentor, and guide with more than 20 years of teaching experience and over 30 years of movement education. The InBodyWise programs grew out of decades of teaching, study, personal exploration, and lived experience, bringing together the practices and perspectives that have shaped both my own life and the lives of those I've had the privilege to teach.

Since 2018, I've been offering InBodyWise, 6 Weeks to Calm, and private mentorship grounded in the relationship between the brain, body, and heart. Through education, conversation, and practice, I create spaces where people can slow down, pay attention, and cultivate the conditions for greater awareness, self-trust, and personal wisdom to emerge.
It is a privilege to walk alongside others as they discover what becoming more InBodyWise might make possible in their own lives.
