About Rachel
I'm an educator, mentor, and guide with more than 20 years of teaching experience and over 30 years of movement education. I developed The InBodyWise Method™ through decades of teaching, study, personal exploration, and lived experience, bringing together the practices and perspectives that have shaped my own life and the lives of those I've had the privilege to teach.
