Heart Centered, Yoga of Alignment for Women Mondays 1-2:00PM PDT

PLEASE REGISTER AT LEAST ONE HOUR PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE ZOOM LINK

This is an all levels movement and meditation based class specifically designed for women. We will explore the integration of breath, sound, and movement as a way to more deeply connect to the space of the heart and the Omega (feminine) energy. Through this guided practice we will experience and cultivate our individual Yoga of Alignment.

We will breathe, move, create sound and explore free movement (DANCE) in this class.

**If you are looking to practice a more traditional alignment based asana class then please check out the classes I offer on Sundays and Wednesdays or contact me for one on one yoga session options.***

I will be streaming live using ZOOM. You will need to have access to the ZOOM app on your computer or phone. Once you register for the class you will receive an email with the ZOOM meeting invitation. You will click on the link in your email at the time of the scheduled class.

This practice can be done even if personal mobility is limited. All Levels of movement ability welcome!!!!
