About the event
Join Dr. Leasa Lowy for Yoga Fundamentals Level 1. This class is perfect if you have recently completed the Intro to Yoga for All Bodies 4 Week Course (find start dates here), are new to yoga, not sure how to get started, have limited mobility/injury, or are curious about the nuts and bolts of Alignment Based Yoga. This truly is Yoga for All Bodies. You will learn how to work with your body exactly how it is right now at with Dr. Leasa's guidance.Â
You will want to have access to the following props (but if you do not have them do not let that stop you--we will help you!!!):
2 yoga blocks 4x6
2 firm blankets
1 chair with a back (folding chairs or dining room chairs are great)
1 6-8 ft yoga strapÂ
