Join teacher Rachel Lundberg for Intermediate Yoga Level 2. This class is designed to assist experienced yoga practitioners explore more in depth HOW TO conditioning in strength, flexibility, and balance to assist in deeper back bends, arms balances, and inversions in addition to standing poses. It is not receommended if you are new to the practice or currently healing from any acute injuries. If you are curious if this class is a good fit please email Rachel directly with questions rachel@lundberyoga.com
You will want to have access to the following props (but if you do not have them do not let that stop you--we will help you!!!):
2 yoga blocks 4x6
2 firm blankets
1 chair with a back (folding chairs or dining room chairs are great)
1 6-8 ft yoga strap
