About the event
Join Alignment Based Vinyasa teacher Julie Popma for this dynamic class. Julie will guide you through this class using alignment based principles which will help you practice the vinyasa safely and with options for modifications. Â Prior yoga experience is recommended.Â
You will want to have access to the following props (but if you do not have them do not let that stop you--we will help you!!!):
2 yoga blocks 4x6
2 firm blankets
1 chair with a back (folding chairs or dining room chairs are great)
1 6-8 ft yoga strap
